As the countdown continues with just fourteen days left until July 4, the anticipation for the Independence Day celebrations in the United States is building. Amidst this excitement, it's also the perfect time to recognize and appreciate other significant milestones. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mory Carballo, the author of the inspiring memoir "Born Again in America." This year, July 3 marked the second anniversary of the release of my first book. Reflecting on this journey fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. Witnessing my book in the hands of readers was a surreal moment, especially considering that I never envisioned myself as a writer.
