"It is what it is" is a well-known expression many of us often use. I'd love to hear your take on this saying. I'm not a fan of it. When we use "It is what it is," we seem to avoid taking responsibility for the situation. It can feel like a passive acceptance of the status quote. However, it's essential to understand that we should strive to make necessary changes rather than simply accepting the negatives in life.
